"Morachi Chincholi Agritourism"
Aamras (or Amras) is a sweet dish made from the pulp of the mango fruit. The pulp of a ripe mango is extracted habitually by hand and mixed with required proportions of Sugar or Jaggery and Illaichi (for improving the taste). Sometimes Ghee &Milk are added to the pulp to enhance its flavour. Aamras is consumed together with Pooris or Chapatti. It is often had at celebrations and parties with Cardamom and chopped Fruits.
A regional version of Aamras is a popular dessert in Maharashtrian, Gujarati and Rajasthanihomes, especially during parties, celebrations and festivities. In our farms we also facilitate Amras Party. Book your next Amras party with your family and friends at Mhalasakant Agri Torism, Morachi – Chincholi.
Since the fruit is seasonal, being harvested at the end of summer, the need to preserve the fruit in the form of pulp has given rise to a moderately large mango-processing industry.Generally Mangoes season falls between April to July.
